Once files are downloaded all sales are final. We do not refund for products which have been downloaded. If you received a defective file send us a message through the contact us page and we will send you a good file. Once the 3 download maximum or 10 day download time window expires you will not be able to download the programs again so please make back-up copies of all the mp3 files you order.
